I feel blessed! I spend my days working with people to help them achieve the best version of themselves they can be. It is so encouraging and incredibly motivating to see the changes that come from their hard work. I love my job! My favorite/least favorite exercise is the Leg Press. I love what it does-- I know I'm working my legs, but it feels like a whole body experience! It can be soooo tough! One real cool aspect of our program is I can safely guide a client through a tough set of Leg Press, whether they are age 20... or age 80.
My first experience with exercise dates back when I was just 15 years old. For years I tried so many different things on my body, wasting hours of my life. I sustained silly injuries due to lack of guidance and misinformation that proliferates television, internet, magazines and neighborhood gyms. The Exercise Coach has helped me properly redefine exercise, as a safe, productive, efficient vehicle to optimal health. I am proud to be a crusader in the fight against father time.
When I first walked into the Exercise Coach I must admit I was skeptical of the workout paradigm of twenty minutes two times per week. However, after the first four sessions I was so impressed with the technology used, the science applied and the workout I applied for a coaching position. I have attempted every type of training from traditional weightlifting, to powerlifting, to timed intense workouts and none have come close to providing the safe, efficient and quality workout of the Exercise Coach. Everyday I look forward to helping our clients reach their health goals using the Exercise Coach process.
